1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the online voiceover coaching classes, content, and services (“Services”) provided by Cassandra Lee Morris Voiceover Classes through the Thinkific platform.
By accessing, enrolling in, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
The Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By enrolling, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Use of the Thinkific Platform
Our Services are hosted on Thinkific, a third-party learning management system. Your use of the Services is also subject to Thinkific’s terms and policies.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Course Access & Enrollment
- Course access is granted only to the individual who enrolls
- Login sharing or unauthorized access is prohibited
- Access duration (lifetime, fixed-term, or subscription) is disclosed at the time of purchase
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms
5. Educational Purpose & Industry Disclaimer
All coaching, instruction, feedback, materials, and content provided through the Services are for educational and informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee:
- Employment
- Representation
- Auditions
- Income
- Career outcomes
Being in the presence of an entertainment industry professional does not guarantee work.
Success in voiceover and entertainment careers depends on many factors beyond our control, including individual effort, skill development, market conditions, and industry demand.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content—including videos, audio, scripts, exercises, worksheets, written materials, and other instructional assets—is the exclusive intellectual property of Cassandra Lee Morris Voiceover Classes and is protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, share, sublicense, or publicly display course content without prior written permission.
7. Student Submissions & Recordings
a. Student Content
You may submit audio recordings, written work, or other materials (“Student Content”) as part of course participation.
You retain ownership of your Student Content. By submitting it, you grant Cassandra Lee Morris Voiceover Classes a limited, non-exclusive license to use the content solely for educational, instructional, coaching, and feedback purposes within the course environment, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
b. Live Sessions & Recordings
Live coaching calls, group sessions, or feedback sessions may be recorded for educational or internal use.
We will not publicly share your recordings without your explicit permission.
8. No AI Training Clause
In alignment with our Privacy Policy:
All Student Content—including voice recordings, video, written submissions, and live session recordings—will not be used, in whole or in part, for the purpose of training artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning systems, voice synthesis technologies, voice cloning tools, or any automated or generative technologies.
We do not sell, license, share, or otherwise provide Student Content for AI-related use now or in the future. Participation in the Services does not grant permission for such use.
9. Community Conduct
You agree to participate respectfully and professionally.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech
- Disruptive or abusive behavior
- Sharing another student’s content or personal information
- Misuse of course platforms or materials
We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these standards, with or without notice, and without refund.
10. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
Pricing, payment terms, and refund policies are disclosed at checkout or on the applicable sales page.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Payments are non-refundable once access is granted
- Missed sessions do not qualify for refunds
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you:
- Violate these Terms or the Privacy Policy
- Misuse content or platforms
- Disrupt the learning environment
Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless required by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cassandra Lee Morris Voiceover Classes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your participation in the Services.
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
13. Privacy
Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, protect, and limit the use of personal information and recordings, including explicit restrictions on AI training.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
